Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The item has to be in original packaging, with all parts and paperwork.

Opened or used items are not returnable unless they arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Contact the shop at 215-867-5272 before sending anything back.

Shipping on returns is the buyer’s cost unless the return is for a mistake or damage on our side. Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and check the item.
